Land and Sea Management Forum

For the first time in over a decade, Indigenous rangers and Protected Area providers from across Australia gathered to strengthen connections and share knowledge for effective land and water management. The Forum, themed "Healthy Country, Healthy Water, Healthy Communities," highlighted the Australian Government's commitment to working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and acknowledged their deep-rooted connection to the land. The event was organized in collaboration with the National Indigenous Australians Agency, the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water, and the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation.
